It's like I'm in elementary school all over again

Today I went school supply shopping! Oh I am so excited - I got 2 binders, some lined paper (aka 'looseleaf'), highlighters, pens, and subject dividers. I'll use my bookbag I got at CMU, it still works fine (although I did see a HOT Barbie suitcase/briefcase at WalMart that was tempting). I still have to get a calculator since I have to take Math and Accounting which will most definitely make for some very frustrating and late nights. I almost failed the last 2 math classes I took in high school and haven't looked at anything math related since (that's 8 years ago for those of you counting). As for accounting...well thank goodness my mom is an accounting TEACHER! Because I never took a minute of accounting in school.
Anyways, back to school supply shopping. After I got the paper etc. (which by the way, is MUCH cheaper to buy when regular people start school and go school supply shopping in July/Aug.) it was time to start thinking about new clothes for school! Well, this won't go super far b/c I am completely broke but I do need a few things. So off to Winners it was where I found a STEAL of a deal, getting Tommy jeans for $40. I also got new sunglasses and I love them (well, they were my 3rd favourite behind the Missoni and Blumarine ones which were $70 and $50 respectively. If I was still working full time and had major disposable income, those Missoni ones would have come home for me no doubt). Anyways, I love my new 'shades,' they're big and white and Kenneth Cole and I'll probably wear them everyday for the next 6-7 months (as long as its sunny and even if its not).
Anyways, I'm really excited, I feel like I'm back on my way to elementary school. Maybe I'll get my mom to take a picture of me when I leave for school Tuesday night...Kelli's first day of school! (in 4 years)

Too bad you didn't live closer to me. I'd totally help you with math and accounting. I got an A at CMU in math and like over 90% in accounting at the Comp. (no wonder my dad says I'm over qualified to watiress!)
